Remote SDK generation
Generate SDK source files through the existing REST Test SDK registry.
Request
POST /api/public/v1/generate/sdk requires sdk:generate. Targets and variants match those shown by the web generator: TypeScript, C#, and Python with their implemented client variants.

Definition size, timeout, file count, individual file size, and total output are deployment-configured. Limit failures return generation_failed without internal exception details.
